Terms and Conditions

1. Shopping at

The purchase is valid as soon as you receive an invoice from SKECHERS
Subject to price errors, etc. due to currency changes, war, terror, natural disasters, force majeure, delivery failures, tax changes, sold items and typographical errors.
Subject to products not in stock and deferred delivery time.

2. Prices and contracts

Alle prices are in EUR incl. 24% VAT.

3. Sales in generel

The specified price at the time of purchase is binding. Products that are eligible for pickup are invoiced with the specific price at the time of purchase and the price will not be changed in the event of decrease or increase of the sales price.

4. Cancellation

If your wish to cancel og repeal an order, please send an e-mail to and mark the email "Cancellation of order". Please include your order confirmation details. An cancellation must be sent before 13:00 on the same day of the purchase.

5. Order confirmation

SKECHERS hold a copy of all order confirmations sent to customers.

6. Payment

The following payment methods are currently available:

  • Visa card
  • Master Card
  • Maestro
  • JCB

The amount will be withdrawn when the purchase is shipped.

7. Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel your purchase. The purchase must be return in original packaging, unused and undamaged. Please return the purchase no later than 14 days after date of receival. The invoice must be included and the returned product must be sent back to SKECHERS cost free. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Items returned without  prepaid shipping or postage are rejected by SKECHERS.

In case of a refund, the amount will be available to the customer within 14 days.

12. Returned items with no defects

If the customer returns defective or incorrect products to SKECHERS, where errors or defects, defined and stated by the customer, are not found, the goods will be returned to the customer.

SKECHERS reserves the right to charge shipping costs subsequently if there is no credit agreement. If further accessories are returned as well, quantity and description of the items must be included.

Products should be returned with a bill of invoice indicating the time of purchase of the specified product, as the item will otherwise be retained until there is a copy of the invoice and, if applicable, product error description.

Items not covered by the right of warranty and received without proper packaging will be re-packed and the customer will be charged corresponding to our expenses for necessary and proper packaging.

13. Correct returns

All products that are returned to SKECHERS must be sent in correct packaging. Damages occured to the product due to inadequate packaging may void warranty. SKECHERS recommends to send the products with track and trace information.
