Complaint

If there is a defect in your product – for instance a material og manufacturing defect – the sale of goods act will apply.

You can complain about defects in the item within 24 months from the time of delivery.

As the official Skechers distributor, we strive to provide prompt complaints processing.

We can help you in the following situations:

The product was purchased at the official Skechers webshop in the Nordic region

  • The official webshops in the Nordic region is skechers.dk, skechers.se, skechers.no and skechers.fi
  • Find your order nummer and take pictures of the defect as well as a picture of the entire shoe. You need these details and pictures when submitting the complaint online.

The product was purchased at a Skechers concept store / outlet outside the Nordic region

  • Visit any Skechers concept store / outlet inside the Nordic region to file your complaint.
  • Skechers concept stores / outlets in the Nordic region include the stores: Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland.
  • You can also click here to report your complaint online.
  • We require a valid store receipt (bank receipt is not enough).

  • Visit any Skechers concept store / outlet in the Nordic region to file your complaint.
  • Skechers concept stores / outlets in the Nordic region include the stores: Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland.
  • We require a valid store receipt (bank receipt is not enough).
